By creating an account or accessing any part of the SPECTRAX platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.
SPECTRAX is a sports performance measurement and analysis platform. Our service, including the SCOUTER feature, provides users with tools to track, measure, and analyze physical performance data using AI-powered pose detection and movement analysis technology.
SPECTRAX provides performance data and analysis for informational purposes only. Our service does not replace professional medical advice, physical therapy, or coaching. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any new exercise program.
To use SPECTRAX, you must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.
Access to SPECTRAX premium features, including the SCOUTER measurement tools, requires a paid subscription at $15 USD per month.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and automatically renew unless cancelled. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
SPECTRAX does not currently offer a free trial period. Access to premium features requires an active paid subscription from the date of sign-up.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
After the paid period ends, access to premium features will be suspended unless you subscribe again. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused periods.
You agree to use SPECTRAX responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
All content on the SPECTRAX platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms, is the exclusive property of SPECTRAX and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
We strive to maintain continuous availability of SPECTRAX, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time, which may temporarily affect service availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SPECTRAX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
SPECTRAX is a performance data tool. We are not responsible for any physical injury, health condition, or adverse outcome resulting from actions taken based on data or analysis provided by the platform.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of SPECTRAX at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the service or other users.
